We are currently looking for a new team member to join us at the earliest possible opportunity. We offer a full-time position as an IT Business Administrator (m/f/d) at our Ratingen location.
As an IT Business Administrator (m/f/d), you will enjoy the following tasks:
- Review and maintain the data protection concept
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans
- Develop and maintain IT documentation (system configurations, processes, network topologies)
- Communicate with insurance companies and external service providers (e.g. mobile phone and internet providers)
- Support colleagues in 1st or 2nd level support
This is how you convince us:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent training in the (commercial) IT field
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft (Office) 365
- Experience in creating and maintaining IT documentation (system configurations, processes, network topologies)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Class B driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally
- You work independently, have analytical thinking skills and the ability to familiarise yourself with complex contexts and document them
- Independent working style, analytical mindset, and ability to document complex systems
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Calm and supportive in stressful situations
